ESG Integration into Corporate Strategy: Value Realization
创建于 更新于
摘要
This dissertation uses Company C (a global leader in power batteries) as a case study to demonstrate how deep ESG integration — via stronger governance, R&D investment, carbon management and battery recycling — creates measurable non-financial and financial value (higher market share, brand premium, improved ROE and asset growth). The paper identifies four impact paths (product quality & safety, reputation, new markets via recycling and overseas compliance, and financing relief) and provides empirical/statistical evidence across disclosure, recalls, R&D, and financial metrics to support the positive ESG→performance link [page::1][page::125].
