摘要
The study analyzes the cascading effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on key aspects of a barangay (mobility, accessibility of public services, economic/financial health, food security, educational engagement, and physical health) using data from 2,122 Filipino households (World Bank COVID-19 Household Survey, May–June 2021). A Bayesian network was constructed and extended into an influence diagram to identify optimal interventions for improving community outcomes. The findings indicate that interventions targeting food production, market price stability, and expanded income opportunities are most effective at improving community outcomes, highlighting the crucial role of economic and food-security measures in mitigating pandemic impacts and guiding recovery efforts [page::1].
